Hi blog buddies. Dying here-as is everyone else i am sure. It warms my heart knowing Abby and Jenny are together....but a freaking picture would be AWESOME!!! Stay tuned...
Between the grieving and the novice mom and the camera battery and the upload cord being in the lost luggage, I think we're all going to have to be patient with Jenny.
Besides, we've waited a long time to see them together, we can wait one more day, right?
who is jenny to forget about us??? i mean come on!! JUST KIDDING!!! i will keep on checking, but understandably not expecting. i am sure the mommy bliss has her in a million pieces. unfortunate for us, but how fortunate for them!! keep praying that everything is PERFECT.
I am dying to see photos too. I've been a long time fan of Jenny's. I remember that first day getting our daughter was a bit overwhelming and crazy to say the least. I will bet she is going through similar things. Our Lily wouldn't let anyone/me put her down for a second without just screaming so blogging was not even on my mind.
We also had several hours of paperwork that night also-during the "grace" period. She may be busy trying to juggle that too.
Grrrr...now I know how all my friends and family felt. I don't think I posted til 2 days later. The first night was out, as I was dealing with my new baby...bathing her...trying to get her to sleep which she refused to do...just staring at her in amazement that she was finally mine. The 2nd day was out, as most of the day was taken up doing the actual adoption paperwork. I've got a bad feeling we won't see pics for a while, and that's assuming poor Jenny gets her luggage. Darn that lost luggage!!
BTW, Aunt Laurie, you're the best keeping us all up to date! Thank you!
