I can't believe it has now been 20 months since my dossier was logged in with the CCAA! I'm still hoping I will be in China for Christmas. No matter what happens my baby is getting closer that is for sure :)
Also THANK YOU so much for all your prayers and wishes sent for my sisters family and for Maddy. They are hanging in there but it is stil very hard for them.

Congrats on 20. You are sooooo close now. Let's pray that the rumors are right and they speed up a little once Nov is completed.
20 months!!! Bittersweet milestone. When you entered this journey there was no indication it would take this long. On the other hand - you are 15 LID's from seeing your baby.

WOW, 20... that is NO small number. Does it feel like it's been forever? Or when you look back did it whiz by? Or both?
I can't wait for you to hold Abby! Every time I see a lady bug or anything with a ladybug on it, I think of you and how wonderful it will be when we can finally have her officially have her be a member of our family.

Whoopeee!!! This time will zip right by before you know it, even tho you don't think so. Time to think about SHOTS now. Just got the word I won't need any since they won't do anything for me. Got meds for all of us should we b e afflicted by the crud. Takes all I can do not to drag our bags out now. xo Mom

I have been following your blog for some time. I am also a single Mom. I have two little girls from China, ages 2 and 5. I KNOW the wait is just unimaginable, but you are on the home stretch now. I just wanted to come out of the shadows to say that I am thinking about you and pray that you are in China for the holidays. My second baby's Family day was December 5th and we came home on the December 15 (2005) and it was the best Christmas yet. Soon.....soon.....soon!!!!!!!!

20 MONTHS...WHO would have thought!!!!well at least that is 20 months behind you.....praying you have your precious bundle home by Christmas...plus i need you out of my way girl because I'm right on your tail...lol
