Pumpkin Patch

Little Miss working on her "Puter" shortly before we left for the pumpkin patch:)
With Halloween just around the corner it was time to head over to the pumkin patch. Sissy joined us at the last minute :) After an hour and a half of looking for the place we finally found it.

It was a cool overcast day. I was still fighting the crud so most of the pictures that day were blurry. I love this first one. I wanted her to stand closer to the goat. Abby in turn thought that was a silly idea and had no part of it (love her expression).

Wacing at the Lama, No pictures of him though. Poor thing was super stressed with all of the people looking at him. They finally put him back in the barn.

A stick! She loves them.

Getting ready to enter the corn maze. She wasn't to sure at first but liked it once we got going.

OOOPS! Lost her shoe.

Checking out the pumkins.

Got one and it's heavy!

They had tractor hay rides too :)

Trying her best to get a pumpkin off the vine

Couldn't get it.

The pumpkin we brought home. Thanks for making Abby's day Sissy and coming with us!

My little girl

I swear I don't know where my baby went. She is growing up too fast. In some of these pictures she looks twice her age too me. Okay not the first one but I had to include it. Mama's bed, hot milk, her papa's and Cassie girl.

Quite serious here. She is talking to Meema. She has become quite chatty on the phone lately. It's fun to listen to her.

Listening and doesn't she look older?

Being silly fresh after her bath :)

Fall has been around finally. Last weekend we actually broke out her winter coat. It was rainy and we only had a high of 49. She looks adorable in it and it's big enough to wear next year as well :0

Looking grown up!

Working on Halloween crafts. Meema she told me she was making this for you :)

Tadaaaaah!

It was still chilly Monday so we got to wear more fall/ winter clothes.

Heading out to school :)

And then back in the 70's the rest of the week with a cool down at the end of the week. That's why we are both fighting the crud. Darn weather! I really want us both to get the swine flu shot but we can't get it while we are sick :( I'm nervous to give her the shot but I am more nervous about the rapid rise in cases that we have been seeing in our city the last 2 weeks. Scary stuff!

Gotta love condo living :)

Last week in review

We bought our Halloween pumpkins :)

Little Miss was Super Star of the week at daycare last week :)

Abby and her favorite teacher Eesha (Alecia).

Just being cute :)

I bought candy for potty treats and a potty chart. Yes (sigh) we are still lacking motivation in the potty training department. Abby took one look at the potty treat jar and announced that there were not any lolly pops in there. I showed her there were but evidently my selection was not up to par for her. I ended up taking that candy to work and she picked her own potty treats at Walmart. Yep she picked chocolate :)

Later that week we decorated our pumpkins. Abby was really in to it.

Love the Mr Potato Head decorations :)

Posing with the finished pumpkins :)

Just showing how long her hair is getting :)

Being silly with her magic wand :) She also likes to stretch her socks up into knee socks. Drives me crazy :)

And finally modeling her new hair cut. It was a spur of the moment thing while we were at the Mal. The guy who cut her hair had bright blue hair. She was impressed. Of course I didn't have my camera with me. He did a good job too. And she was so good :)
