Pictures from China...

Hi blog buddies!!! Aunt Laurie here. I will paste jenny's update from her email. She is able to view her blog, however can not post or read the comments, so i will continue to email them to her. her first comment is regarding the comments i emailed her:

Thanks that was awesome! I am going to try and do a post with pictures. Don't know if my camera will download tho cause my battery is on its last leg and you guessed it the charger and converter ect are in my luggage.

Today we went to the forbidden city palace. It was amazing but my camera died half way thru! Did get video but I was half way thru the palace before I figured out how to zoom :)

Then went to the wall!!! It was so very cool! I didn't make it that high but I was on it. Words can't describe it! My camera rallied and I got some more pictures.

Also went to Tinamens (SP) square and had an awesome lunch! I skipped dinner because I am using Hughes converter to run my computer. I would rather try and post. We also just had a 2 hr fill out paperwork period!

Can't believe it is tom for Abby!! I am not even nervous I cant wait to hug her! There is the cutest little girl, 2 yrs old adopted from China at 10mnths, OMG she is precious!!!!! Once I saw her I wasnt nervous anymore.

Still no luggage, They say I should have it tom at Nanchang where I get Abby. Fingers crossed. When you post an update, let everyone know how greatful I am for the comments, let them know I know Abby is the most important thing but I just really wanted things to be perfect.

a second email...
I feel okay, just took 2 tylenol pm. Its around 830 pm. We leave for Nanchang at 930 am 2 hr flight. Abby at 330 pm. Due to my limited computer access cant try the instant messager yet. Once in Nanchang with hopefully my luggage and my own equipment to use at will we can try it out!
Aunt Laurie again...So, if my calculations are correct and they're a day ahead of us, we should all be seeing mommy and Abby tomorrow am!!!! Jenny if you are reading this and your camera is still dead, use meema or da's and come hell or high water email them to me asap!!!!!
hugs to all. Erin and Jake are fine but miss aunt jen jen, meema, and da a ton!! Erin says so bad she feels like crying sometimes. Loves to see her baby making the rounds though. We love the picture of her in meema's backpack. Thanks meema. You can probably see the beams from her smile in china!!!!!

Oh wow - just caught up on your posts . . . I'm wondering if you flew United Airlines (?) I did (in 2005) & had similar issues with flight problems & missing luggage. What a mess!!

Our thoughts are with you & we're really hoping you meet up with your luggage soon!! The trip is just too stressful for those kinds of things to happen.

Happy Gotcha Day - can't wait to see pics!!
